I choose to work on my bathroom, I organized the medicine cabinet, and wiped it clean.
I also organized the "shoe rack" used for bathroom supplies behind the door.
After viewing this pictures I don't think my medicine cabinet looked as bad as I thought! But I really did get rid of a bunch of stuff and made it all make sense. Why the hell was it all mixed up?
Pretty excited about this little assignment, find a piece of artwork laying around the house that needs to be framed. Seeing as I am a photography major I have a ton of artwork that needs to be framed. I chose to pick an image that meant a lot to me.
I chose an image that was not taken by me, but by my much respected film professor. I need to have this piece framed in my house, it is so inspiring. I plan on going the cheap, but beautiful root of the ikea ribba frame.

I truly am bummed that I don't have a before picture for this mess. I eliminated all the extra dishes that we didn't need, that whole top shelf was full of mugs, random ass mugs. Nothing else was organized dishes just went wherever they fit and snacks were just shoved into the empty spaces, like some horrible jigsaw puzzle. I have very little cupboard space so I really have to share spaces. I figure since it is a new year snacks should be just a tad out of reach. I am pretty proud of how this turned out (but where are all my drinking glasses?)
The January cure is just such a good way to get ready for the year to come
